The foundation of my practice as a corrective movement specialist and massage therapist is built on my extensive knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, and a solid understanding of how the body moves and functions. I use a holistic approach that draws on strength training, massage, nutrition and personal experience.
My goal is to help active adults of all ages, continue to stay active for life doing the things they love through careful assessment, corrective movement, personalized strength training, therapeutic massage,
and practical education.

Sarasota Fitness Studio ,a fitness and massage center, has been an oasis to many who have sought out a unique place to realize their fitness goals, with a corrective movement specialist who devotes his undivided attention and wealth of knowledge and experience to your fitness and wellness needs.
This new 1,500 +square-foot fully-equipped studio, located 10 blocks north of it’s former location at Blvd of the Arts and Central Ave in the Rosemary District, promises to more than fulfill your fitness needs and expectations no matter what level.

Combining massage therapy and stretching with personal training can be highly beneficial for overall fitness and well-being. Massage therapy can reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance muscle recovery, while stretching increases flexibilty and mobility. Together, they can optimize your training results , help prevent injuries and improve functionality.

A personal trainer can teach you proper form, help you set realistic goals and create customized workout plans that get results for your specific needs.

How often you see a trainer depends on your fitness levels and your goals and quickly you want to accomplish them. At least 2 times a week is optimal but anywhere from 1-3 times per week is usual

We are located off of Central Ave 10 blocks north of the Rosemary District. Our address is 1490 20th St, Sarasota, Florida 342364. Located off of Central Avenue in the historic Central Cocoanut District, close to Ringling college of Art and Design

We are not like other fitness centers that are open to the public any time they wish to drop in. Our services are one-on-one, and by appointment only, so that you have the full attention of your personal trainer.

We ask that you please give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. We know that life happens and that sometimes a cancellation at the last minute cannot be avoided. We reserved the right to charge for a missed session without notice.

If you are not feeling well, or you have a cold, cough, fever, or are sneezing, please cancel and reschedule. We are all about sharing, but we prefer to keep germs to a minimum.
